My son, a very expierienced 9 year old likes to "get in a rhythm" of short forward & back motion in his stance up until his inward turn, it seems to make him more comfortable and focused. Should I accept and try to reinforce this or train him out of it?

watch Ken Griffey Jr. he does the same, quicker and quicker, smaller and smaller to time the pitch.
The only problem is if he rocks in long cycles near release and gets caught in the wrong part of his 'rock'. But its a good thing in general.
