Is training at this age alright for kids.

The window for optimum development of some athletic traits is 6-9 years old. This is when gymnasts, skaters, etc. get grabbed and put into intensive training programs to fully develop their bodies and go for world class gold in their sport.
Problem is, 6-9 year olds mostly don't want to go into full scale training programs and give up a normal life.

The website is not specific (buy the tapes to find out...) but from what I can infer, the program is a combination of weights, plyometrics and speed training.
This stuff is really good for kids and can be given in small doses as part of practices. If presented correctly, the kids love it.
They also get faster, quicker, etc.
I can't vouch for the contents of that website but I have done things like this with success.
Kids love to jump, run, lift, etc. as long as it is not a grind.
It is worth exploring.
