place your bat across the back of your hips and hold in place with the barrel pointing toward the catcher. place a ball on a tee approx. hip height and try to hit the ball by rotating the hips only. make sure you start your rotation with your knees flexed to allow for lenghtening of the front leg as you rotate around to a full finish. good luck!
