Erik, I don't have any training methods other than trying to find someone to throw you BP who has a good arm and can spin a breaking ball. Facing the various pitches is the best way to learn, and really, that is just experience. It would be nice to speed up the learning process, but that doesn't happen and it is one of the reasons that it takes minor league hitters about 2000 AB's to make the big leagues.
