Geez, Scott, I think an awful lot can be forgiven in this forum, but two words you've GOT to know how to spell are "rotational" and "linear". And you're not likely to impress players' parents with your expertise if have trouble with spelling basic baseball concepts. (Bonus tip: it's spelled "purely".) Not trying to be pedantic, but just to help improve your undoubtedly burgeoning coaching business. .... As the Wolfman would say, "No chaaarge."
