> A couple of weeks ago I sprained wrist during practice. Since then, my wrist has healed up, but I have lost control of my swing. I was hitting line shots at the beginning of the year, but since I have been hitting grounders and flyouts. How can I can regain my regular swing and regain convidence? A couple of times in my career I was injured 1 was a wrist.Often you try to come back to soon to show your tough and help your team. The pain may go away but the mobility and strength is not what it was.Sprains can be worse than breaks .Take care of your wrist, ice it heat it strengthen it with correct supervision, see if you are compensating in some way for a weaker wrist. Also realize you have lost your timing and you must start over.rql
