I can understand the vest keeping the the back arm in the slot, but what about the back hand moving inward towards the body ahead of the rotating shoulder. If I am not mistaken shoudln't there be about a 90 degree angle formed from the belly button to the slotted elbow to the hand and shouldn't this angle be maintained during the rotation of the hips and shoulders untill the point of contact?
