HEY I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNEW ANY DRILLS TO GET MORE POWER AND FASTER BAT SPEED??

Along with strengthening your body through weights and stretching, you can make some different weighted bats,!st hit the bag 15 times with normal bag then a heavier bat say 4 oz. more 15 times then 4 oz heavier15 times then work backwards till you get 4-8 oz. less.Take 159 swings a day ,you will create strength and speed.think strong with heavy bats and quick with lighter bats, but always work on perfect fluid swing.

Using heavier and lighter bats for the bagr drill? Why not do the same with live batting practice!
