The back shoulder

Dear Jack,

My coach now is telling me that my back shoulder (right shoulder, for I bat right) is far to low. He thinks that the shoulders should be even throughout the swing. I don't agree with this and I think that if I am to create an L shape with my back leg, a shoulder drop is necessary for a powerful lauch position.

If I could get some expert advise regarding this it would be great.
