I dropped my hands and belive this was one of the reasons I struggled batting


























I dropped my hands and i belive that was one of the reasons i struggled when batting.i do see some very successful batters bring there hands back drop them and bring them back up though not recommended ,thats not what I did in my stance I belive my hands were to high i would load my hands to my ear area them drop them to shoulder area then swing maybe if in the stance I kept my hands lower i would have loaded to the shoulder area and swung from the shoulder area and would not have had to drop the hands
