Back Elbow hitting Position

Posted by: Terry (barbsyd@yahoo.com) on Tue Mar 31 09:14:50 2009

Hi... I am coaching Boys 9-10 baseball this season. I have always been instructed that the back elbow should be kept raised to the level of the shoulder. I have recently read a number of articles that say the elbow should be held close to the body. Which is the proper technique? Thanks
