Hi Zig

Myself, and I am sure most of the readers of your post, are not familiar with the term “Kinematic Sequence.” Would you explain what forces a batter with Ideal Kinematic Sequence is applying to the bat that maintains its velocity through contact that is not found in a batter with Poor Kinematic Sequence?

Also, do you have data that compares the loss of bat speed during contact to drop in the balls exit speed?
