Re: Re: Pre-launch torque question

First off I want to thank you for taking the time to further explain this to me. I really appreciate it. That video definetley explained it a lot better. My only question that I have is you say the bat-head will move 180 degrees to contact. Is the first 90 the bat-head going from pointing straight up to the sky to pointing directly at the catcher and then the other 90 is from pointing to catcher to contact?? Just a little confused on that....

So to get a feel for top-hand torque and pulling back with your fingers to help the bat-head along with what it wants to do you are doing this at swing initiation. It's not something that you just use as a cue. For example just pulling back on the top hand when the pitch comes and then reacting to the pitch. It's all one fluid step I assume. I guess I need to do some drills if there is any that help with muscle memory big time especially THT and a lot more. Thanx so much for your time Jack.
