HI, I BAT LEFTHANDED AND HOLD MY BAT FAIRLY VERTICAL AND A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE SHOULDER, MY TRIGGER IS A KNEE COCK, AFTER THAT I AM A LITTLE CONFUSED, SHOULD I JUST SWING HARD, THROW THE BAT TO THE BALL, THROW MY HANDS OR WHAT, I MAKE VERY GOOD CONTACT THROWING MY HANDS AND I HIT WITH A LITTLE POWER BUT I AM WONDERING IF THIS IS THE PROPER SWING, ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

The logic is that if you are not using good mechanics you can't make regular contact and you have no power. So, obvioulsy you're doing fine. Go hit 400 and don't get hung up in all the minor details that will mess you up.

it's "slight". and not in the least bit.
