Hitting a heavy bag makes a batter hit through the ball at contact with the hands in my way of hitting. Do you push through the bag with this way?<

Do not pull the outside pitch learn the proper contact point and drive the ball in the oppo gap or center, maximum batspeed should be made at contact not after contact and through the ball. The feeling you may be thinking of may be fine but the ball leaves the bat instantly no more driving needed for ball, smooth accelerating and decelerating is best
