I would say that I have a good number of clips of rotational fastpitch hitters driving riseballs out of the park. - Let us approach the statement from a different perspective. - A fastpitch pitcher releases the ball about 25 inch above the ground. A submarine baseball pitcher releases the ball at about 10 inches. - Would it sound reasonable to say a rotational baseball hitter can not hit a submarine pitch at the letters?
