My son had a similar problem. I can tell you that it stems from having weak calf and weak muscles around the ankle area. For a better long term resolution, strengthen your calf muscles, both Inner and outer. For right now, as you rotate, try to drive the big toe of the back foot into the ground. That should take care of it… but get in the gym and strengthen those calf.
