Hi Torque ronnie>
I have heard the same about pitch reconition hit the dot on a slider. a curve ball goes up as its leaving the pitcher hand. try to know breaking ball counts . try to hit it to right field ect but i never heard of rear leg extension when fooled by a breaking ball.
I find this very intresting and will attemp to find as much as I can about rear leg extension .I saw a clip of Manny Ramirez hit a homerun while he was bent in half bowing over the plate it amazed me now that I know about rear leg extension
I am going to find that clip and see if thats what happen there.
Thanks JERRY
