Thanks for the links. I have spent several days reviewing them. As always, your info is the most comprehensive and well researched on the Internet.

With respect to the shoulder rotation, I am hearing rumors out there of some other hitting site promoting a concept of not using the shoulders as a link in the kinetic chain, but rather "underpassing" the shoulders as someone wrote somewhere else.

If the shoulders don't rotate 105 degrees, it doesn't seem that you are going to hit the ball very hard.
