Any have a maple wood bat, do you like it? I am interested in buying a maple wood bat made either by tomcat or sambat. Which would you recommend. Thanks for your time

I got Sambats for both my boys. They are obviously heavier than aluminum bats but much more durable than typical wooden bats.
we use them for heavy bat swinging and BP, but not games.
My youngest has a 26" 22 oz. My older guy got a pair of 31" 28 oz bats.
They are small barreled to get that much weight off and the end is cupped.
REally nice bats. Bonds, Jay Payton, and many others in MLB use them.
