To Maximum,
First off, you obviously don't know anything about steroids or Mark McGuire. If McGuire was on steroids his arms would be much more ripped than they are. Have you ever seen a bodybuilding competition?
That is what he would look like if he were on steroids. His arms are huge, but they're also flabby and smooth. I wouldn't accuse someone you don't even know of cheating when you don't know the facts. And since you think McGuire and Sosa had to use steroids, what's your excuse for Luis Gonzalez? He is a virtual stringbean compared to them and his balls are still flying out of the park. There is no way you can suggest he's on steroids.

To Cyndi:
I think it would be alright for your son to start lifting weights about the time he begins to shave. At that time he should begin to lift lighter weights at a higher rep. For example instead of lifting 70 pounds for 3 sets of 8 reps, he should lift a lesser weight so he could do 3 sets of 15-20 reps.
