HI,

No they don't, it's a total scam. There are spots of a hitter talking about mechanics or their approach.

It's more about theory, nothing about mechanics. The TLC program was better than this video, and it is the same footage. I think they cut some of the best parts out.

If your expecting to hear a hitter explain their approach and what they focus on, your going to be disappointed.

You will see hitting instructors 'parroting their cues', and throwing batting practice (their real job, professional soft tosser's).

I've seen better.
