Jack. I am not necessarily challenging your theory, but I do not see the top hand torc as (much) present in some of the great hitters. Perhaps they are applying it, but some hitters appear like they are merely taking their hands back (in unison) and holding the angle, rather than applying (full) the torc function. Of note are the following:

1. Albert Belle
2. Al Kaline
3. Joe Dimaggio
4. Mel Ott
5. Jermaine Dye
6. Reggie Jackson
7. Dave Kingman
8. Stan Musial
9. Mark McGwire
10. Sammy Sosa

If you have swing video of these hitters, please produce the site. Thanks.
