BHL, I agree. When our team went to a "rotational" instructor, one of the first things he did was to place a wiffle ball next to our hitter's back heel and instructed them that the heel should spin and drive the ball straight back. On the other hand, the instructor we see now who teaches a linear load with the hands and some leveraging before rotation, wants the players on their back toe...never squishing the bug...he believes that squishing the bug is a possible symptom of spinning out and falling back. jima
