Does follow-through affect the distance of the hit?
Hey Mark,
To some degree, i would say yes, it would be wise to have a full follow thru, such as mantle who had his whole back pointed toward home plate on his follow through. A good follow through is something found in many great hitters, so don't sell your self short, make sure you use your lead shoulder to pull back hard toward the catcher, I'm sure this isn't the best answer, Jack would know best.
