Drills and Torque

Hey, I'd just like to say that I love this site and the information it provides, all with very realistic facts. Anyway, I think I can understand the concept of torque, but can one's torque be made better? Is it just something natural? Also, what kind of drills would you reccomend for generating bat speed, especially for torque?
