well i think just about every player in the BIGS is a freak of nature

>>Lots of what you say about hitters is true,but if I had my preference of hitters it would be batting champions with power.The hitters I like are Helton,Luis Gonzalez,Giambi,Edgar,Delgado last year.All rotational and well rounded.I see some hitters as Mcgwire getting all he has from his ability but emphasising power.Linear wise he would be a very so/so hitter.Boggs and Gwynn,probably great hitters with any style due to instincts, hand eye,ect. but robbed overall of maybe being better than they were.Gonzalez reaches his total potential,though small in size by turning on the ball and instincts.
