>The curveball will first come up out of the hand if you can focus good enough.As the fingers roll down the thumb rolls up and the curve is pushed up out of the hand.The slider has a more horizontal spin usually and a good one will often show a spot on the ball as it comes in,I forget if it is red or blue,its been a long time.
