Re: Balance & Stockton Tapes

Posted by: RQL () on Tue Nov 13 18:54:27 2001

I purchased your tape and have viewed it many times. I am trying to get my 12-year old son to develop rotational mechanics. However, he is very set in his muscle patterns, and he can't resist first lifting his front foot up then shifting his weight forward and swinging with all his might when he swings at a pitch. This seems to make him lose some of his balance at the end of his swing. Many home run hitters seem perfectly balanced after their swings.
