After purchasing Jacks video I was astounded by the this different style in teaching hitting. I have noticed that the rotational mechanics he is talking about in a lot of great hitters when viewing those major leaguers in slow motion.

My son watched the video on a Friday night and proceeded to crush long home runs on both Saturday and Sunday - his first home runs ever. This happened during Fall Ball Little League in October. He's a perennial all star with a fine B.A., but he never hit for power. We'd watched all of the videos, and have our own indoor batting cage and Juggs machine, but could never seem to translate the mechanics into a powerful swing. I thought it might have been because Sean is stocky, and not real flexible. Jack's mechanics now turn Sean's body into an advantage as his leg and upper body strength are put to full use. He now systematically crushes balls in the cage - it is truly awesome to observe. I am an absolute convert on the rotational principles, and I have no connection to Jack. My girlfriend forwarded the web page to me as an afterthought one day when she did a search for another purpose. I don't pretend to go into deep discussions on the theory (those are arguments you can't win - there are too many "experts" already), but I am trying to become profficient in teaching the rotational mechanics. I am a respected Little League coach here in Vancouver WA, who has coached for years, including annually coaching All Star teams. It is a rather significant shift from the accepted "right" way to teach hitting, but my son's immediate and impressive results make me an unabashed believer.
