Re: Re: Power exercises for softball swing?

I was wondering if anyone could pin-point one, two, or even three exercises that would help to greatly increase power in a softball swing. I currently powerlift with only bench press, but was looking for other exercises. One interesting note, I went to the cages the other day and it was the first in over a year. I bat right handed and the sorest parts of my body were my left bicep, left hip, and right calf. Should I be doing more arm curls and calf raisers???
