I have read at mike epsteins web site that you should stride with your front foot open, and the rest of your body acts as a rubber band. He advocates your front foot should be at 45 degrees open, i have also seen pictures of hitters like babe ruth doin this. i was wondering if this adds anything to batspeed.and your thoughts on this mechanic, thanks
