Re: Re: Quickness

I'm having trouble deciding which stance is better. In the first stance i have my feet straight and parrelel to the pitcher. i have a small stride and i swing. In the 2nd one my hands and everything is the same except for my feet. I have my front foot elevated on the ball of my front foot. Then when i stride i lift my foot up and drive it to the ground. With this one you may basically think of Derek Jeter and the way his front foot comes foward and his body turns. Please tell me what stance would be more helpful with my quickness with the bat.

Follow Barry Bonds' advice and you will be quick with the bat.
