I agree with the idea that rotational force is vital for hitting. But I have seen hitters with "extra open stance" that step-in before swinging. Sometimes, they end up in a closed stance. I'd like to know if the inward rotation of the lower body interferes with the outward rotation of the upper body?. I like the mild open stance with NO STRIDE approach. What's the expert opinion?
