These clips aren't much longer than a few seconds. The most recent version of Media Player doesn't allow for good frame-by-frame viewing.

You need to get a "gif.animator" program from ulead.com.You can download a trial version for free, which is good for 10 days or so. If you like it, it costs about $60. You can then not only view clips frame by frame, you can print them out as well. I found that about 2/3 of Tim's clips are workable, especially if you follow his instuctions on converting mpeg file. For some reason, though, about 1/3 of his clips will not work in either gif file or video file mode on this program.
