Pulling off of pitches/Timing

In the past month somehow something has happend to my swing mechanics but i'm not sure exactly what it is yet. I found I could no longer hit pitches anywhere I want like I was able to before and in my last batting practice I squared 2 out of 20 pitches and my timing was terrrible. Any thoughts?
