pitcher is moving through his wind up, slowly start bringing your hands back. Or would it
be better to just wait longer and then just load right back, instead of just gradually loading
your hands back? Will you lose any power doing this? Thanks.

timmy,

If the load doesn't happen early and slowly with a build of controlable momentum, than
strength and power is lost in the swing itself. The hitter will also lack control of his body
and swing if the load is done in a late and quick fashion.
