THERE WAS A DISCUSSION AT SETPRO THAT SEEMS TO FIT WITH YOUR DISCUSSION ON LEAD ARM BENT/STRAIGHT, ETC ONE THING THAT WOULD REALLY HELP ME TO EVALUATE ALL OF THIS IS IF SOMEONE WOULD PLEASE TELL ME SPECIFICALLY WHAT "CASTING" MEANS. IN LOOKING AT TED WILLIAMS SWING (SEEN FROM ABOVE..REFER TO HIS BOOK), HIS HANDS GO IN A SEMI-CIRCLE AND TRAVEL OVER THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE PLATE (AN "OUTSIDE-IN" SWING?).AS BILL POINTED OUT AT T.D.SITE, IF A "FENCE" WERE SITTING ALONG THE EDGE OF THE PLATE, CLEARLY WILLIAMS WOULD NEVER GET HIS HANDS ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE PLATE.SO, IS WILLIAMS "CASTING"? BECAUSE HIS BAT IS CROSSING A GOOD PART OF THE PLATE IS HE "SWEEPING"? IS HE A GOOD EXAMPLE OF "STAYING INSIDE THE BALL" OR "TAKING HANDS STRAIGHT TO THE BALL"? SOMEONE PLEASE PROVIDE SOME SPECIFIC DEFINTIONS OF THESE CONCEPTS (CLICHES??) THANKS
