I just noticed that Bonds and A-Rod both have quite a pronounced back leg bend at contact (almost forming a "L", or "backwards L" depending on your vantage point).

.Carlos the L is a symptom of correct hip rotation you may want to think about it while you are building muscle memory but move on to thinking about core hip and shoulder rotation to put you at the next level.
