It seems that Jack Mankin is against the one hand follow through. He basically says that if a player is following through with one hand, then he's not fully rotating his torso, hips, shoulders, and legs. If this is true, then why do pros like Manny Ramirez, Juan Gonzalez, and Alex Rodriguez finish off with one hand? In your opinion, is one follow through better than the other?
