Re: bent leading elbow

P.S. I should have mentioned that in this swing, the wrists never break or roll or anything. The bat ends up behind my right hip (I'm a lefty), with the palm of my bottom hand still facing down the same way it was at the beginning of the swing, and the bat-head facing straight out the side.

There is no question that for me, this is by far the most powerful way to hit a ball. I just haven't been able to duplicate these "mechanics" as a general process, in all areas of the strike zone.
