P.S. I should have mentioned that in this swing, the wrists never break or roll or anything. The bat ends up behind my right hip (I'm a lefty), with the palm of my bottom hand still facing down the same way it was at the beginning of the swing, and the bat-head facing straight out the side.

i know jack feels the front elbow should be fairly straight....i would love to hear his comments...
