Well, grc, you got it off your chest and onto the discussion board (rather than a simple email). Congratulations.

Apparently, it also doesn't matter that Jack has repeatedly attempted to explain the concepts to you, often to no avail, then you suggest that Jack selectively responds because his position is indefensible. That's amazing, especially considering the patience that he has displayed. No, what appears to matter is that you haven't been given personal attention lately; regardless of the number of other posts on this board; regardless of the fact that Jack is attempting to put the Drills Tape together; and regardless of many other things.

There are many interesting topics on the board and I'm sure that when he returns, he will join in on the top hand torque discussion, as well as other threads.

However, the patience grc showed by asking several times at least deserves a response even if the response is like yours "Jack's out of town" or if it is simply I disagree. There is no other conclusion grc could make other than the one he did since there was absolutely no response to his repeated question.

Hey,
Easy you guys. It would be better on Jack's part if he notified the board when he was going on vacation, then people wouldn't be so expecting of him while he's gone, looking at the board lately, all of the imposters, I am certain that people would able to fill in for you while your gone. I can see it right now, some anonymous guy calling himself Jack Mankin telling people to endorse linear mechanics, and encouraging people to hold the bat on the barrel and hit it with the knob.
