Mental block at the plate

I coach 12, 14 & 16U girls fastpitch softball. What I am experiencing in the girls understand and react to the training of proper mechanics while hitting off of a pitching machine, soft toss or coach pitch. When they take what they've learned to the plate in a game, all bets are off, they resort back to the poor mechanics they had. The interesting part is they state they know they did it wrong afterwards.

Does anyone have any ideas or drills to offer on how to help the girls overcome this?
