hi jack,my problem i have seen at times is with my lower half getting to far ahead of the hands..i feel like my hips are flying open. any drills on correcting this problem...this could now be the reason i have become a pull hitter...ifinished the season with a .443 avg.i feel i can do alot better..

Without seeing your swing i am guessing, but if I do say so my self its a very educated guess. I suggest that you are not moving your hips first that you are moving your shoulders and your hips at the same time and casting the bat.

Who told you your hips were opening your hips to far?
