hi jack,my problem i have seen at times is with my lower half getting to far ahead of the hands..i feel like my hips are flying open. any drills on correcting this problem...this could now be the reason i have become a pull hitter...ifinished the season with a .443 avg.i feel i can do alot better..

i have seen many clips and they all lead strongly with hips then follow with shoulders...im just trying to figure out if im spining out or something else.i dont have this flaw all the time..maybe when i try to do too much with the ball this problem occurs...
