In my humble opinion I wouldn't change a thing. Let him continue to hit opposite field. The swing needed to hit opposite field is a very good swing to learn. Teach him to drive the ball the other way. As he matures and becomes stronger he'll learn to pull the ball. I'd rather have this problem (if it is a problem) than have a pull hitter who can't go the other way
