THT causes rolling of the back forearm. THT should be initiated with the
back forearm, not the back hand. You won't feel it, but you will hear a
deep "woosh" sound.

Thank you, that made sense. I understand what you mean by it is
initiated with the forearm, not the hand. However, I did take possibly
the best round of bp I've ever taken last night, with THT in the back of
my mind. Not overthinking it, but with the slight thought of THT.
