front shoulder closed at foot plant

Posted by: Fat pete () on Fri May 6 12:12:19 2011

I feel if I keep that independant front shoulder tuck to front foot plant. until the swing starts my hands can stay back and close to the body.the term hide the hands.even if the timing off if the front shoulder is tucked the hands will be back and you can still hit the ball fairly hard.lose that front shoulder tuck in the stride and rotational hitting starts to fall apart.
