Did any of you see the HR Derby from Tropicana Field in Tampa (Jan 2009)? if you did, did you catch the bat speed of Bryce Harper? even though it was aluminum bat, it has gone up to 113 MPH. His 502 FT HR had bat speed of 105 MPH.

He uses wood bat in AFLAC All- American game.

When he played in college, he hit 31 HRs and 98 RBIs with .443 on BA.
